Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing the fixtures, appliances, and equipment as well as the setup, installation, and maintenance of company production equipment and machinery.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform preventative and repair maintenance on machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems \nDismantle, install, test, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment \nDocument preventative and repair maintenance as instructed \nMetal repair and fabrication \nInstall and repair electrical apparatus and components \nMaintain work area in safe, neat, and orderly condition \nDisplay a constructive, helpful attitude and promote a positive working environment \nAbility to conduct minor repairs on forklifts, bobcats and excavators such as pins, hydraulic hoses, etc. \nOther duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, or as necessary to ensure effective and efficient plant operations. \n Ability to read, understand, and speak English \nKnowledge of single and 3 phase electricity up to 480 volts, including the use of a multimeter for the purpose of troubleshooting \nAbility to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and diagrams \nOperate hand and power tools to include grinders, saws, drills, etc. \nAbility to accept direction, and communicate clearly with supervisors, peers, and other employees \nSelf-motivated and capable of completing activities with minimal supervision \nCompletion of Industrial Maintenance or other relevant course, or 5 years minimum equivalent experience \nExperience with hydraulic systems is a plus. \nPhysical Demands and Abilities:\nFrequently standing, walking, reaching, and using hands and fingers is required. \nSitting, kneeling, stooping, and climbing may be necessary on occasion. \nLifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. is frequently expected. \nTalking and hearing are essential for the role. \nGood close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the capacity to adjust focus are required. \n $60,000-$70,000 annually. \n100% Company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision \n100% Company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability \nCompany paid $25K life insurance policy \nAccelerated paid Vacation time \n401(k) with generous company match after one year \nSalary plus annual performance review and bonus \nAs a matter of company policy, Interco does not sponsor employment visas or hire from out of the USA nor does the company sponsor candidates who do not currently reside within the USA without an existing H-1B visa.\nThis job description is designed to provide a general overview of the requirements of the job and does not entail a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that will be required.
