The Systems Administrator also assists in automating common tasks to improve operational efficiency.\nThis position requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive timely and efficient resolutions while ensuring excellent support and service delivery.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and support Windows and Linux servers, ensuring stable performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain uptime and reliability.\nCollaborate with other teams to assist in service restoration during incidents.\nAutomate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python.\nRespond to system alerts promptly and ensure timely resolution of issues.\nAssist with managing user access and permissions within Active Directory.\nDocument system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing.\nEnsure all systems comply with internal IT policies and security standards.\nKnowledge and Experience\nExperience with managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers.\nUnderstanding of server hardware components and infrastructure service delivery.\nFamiliarity with system automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).\nBasic understanding of Active Directory and user permissions.\nKnowledge of common networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.\nFamiliarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.\nExperience with IT service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle tasks under pressure.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.\nPreferred Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nIndustry certifications such as CompTIA Server+ or similar.\nIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
