skills.\nResponsibilities\nEfficiently manage the cmdb work queue (tickets and/or emails), providing timely responses and resolutions\nMaintain and support operations designed to keep an accurate and healthy cmdb\nDevelop a progressive understanding and knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and functionality as it relates to the IT Asset Management, CMDB and ServiceNow management tools\nCreate reports for used and needed by CMDB stakeholders\nDevelop and maintain documentation related to IT Asset Management policies, standards and practices for effective asset life-cycle management\nProduce reports and artifacts as needed to support internal/external audits\nDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of IT Asset Management policies, best practices and procedures\nKnowledge and Experience\n2+ years of CMDB experience working in ServiceNow\nStrongs understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB and asset/CI life-cycle practices\nAs needed, develop solutions independently or collaboratively\nData analysis and reporting skills to support investigations and remediations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to multitask and work independently on multiple projects with and ability to perform well under pressure\nDesirable Skills and Experience\nFamiliarity with servers, network gear, AWS, Kubernetes as it relates to cmdb management\nBachelor’s degree\nAdvanced excel data analysis, scripting and/or programming
