Responsibilities include compensation analysis, market benchmarking, reporting, and equity administration while partnering with key stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nSupport equity administration activities, including processing equity grants, maintaining equity records, preparing reports, coordinating with third-party equity providers, and responding to employee questions regarding equity awards.\nPrepare compensation reports, audits, and analyses to support compensation decisions and program administration.\nMaintain compensation data within HRIS and compensation management systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.\nSupport compliance with compensation-related regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.\nPartner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting of compensation and equity transactions.\nParticipate in compensation projects, process improvements, and data validation activities.\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.\nStrong candidates with internship, rotational, or compensation-related experience.\nPrevious equity administration experience is preferred.\nFamiliarity with equity platforms such as E*TRADE or Fidelity is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nInterest in building a career in compensation and equity administration.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.\nDemonstrate initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.\n Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
