This position will be fast paced and administratively intensive. The ideal candidate will be naturally precise in regards to detail and consistency, have the ability to handle many ongoing tasks and projects, work closely with team members, and work at a high level independently. \nResponsibilities\nDaily restocking of office and kitchen supplies\nDaily walk through of office space to maintain the appearance of the office\nAddress facility related employee requests and concerns\nTrack inventory and coordinate delivery of office and kitchen supplies\nCreate purchase orders for supplies\nPlace orders and obtain proper approval for vendor orders\nSet up food/drinks/refreshments for meetings\nClean up food/drinks/refreshments for meetings\nMaintain and cultivate a working relationship with the building landlord\nMaintenance of office equipmentLight repair\nPlacing and logging service calls\nEscorting and supervising vendors/repair techs while on the premises\n\nFacilitate all internal moves and set up of new hires (supplies, etc.)\nSorting and distribution of incoming mail and packages\nKnowledge and Experience\n2+ years of facilities work experience\nExcellent communication and negotiating skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express\nOrganized and able to multi-task\nAble to work independently and complete necessary tasks without consistent supervision\nOutgoing personality with a positive “can do” attitude\nExcellent service mentality\nAbility to work weekends when necessary\nOpen to new duties, responsibilities and change\nPhysical ability\n#LI-HR #LI-ONSITE\n Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
