We're looking for motivated, results-oriented people to join our team.\nAs a FullStack Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and operational support of applications supporting the Settlements platform.\nThe ideal candidate is results-oriented and self-motivated, with a genuine eagerness to grow into a well-rounded full-stack engineer. The candidate would contribute to vertical feature implementation, including front-end screens and back-end implementation, so a strong interest in developing across these technologies is essential. We value demonstrated potential and a willingness to learn as much as a proven track record.\nResponsibilities\nContribute to the design and development of applications supporting Settlements platform\nContribute to the design, architecture, and development of new software components, with guidance from senior engineers.\nBe able to independently handle project activities related to builds and deployments.\nBe able to create software tests, verify the functionality and quality of the software.\nCreate design documentation for new software development and subsequent versions.\nProvide second-tier production support for 24/7 applications.\nProvide support for deployments during maintenance windows.\nTroubleshoot issues as they arise, in the dev, QA and production rollout cycles\nKeep test environments up to date and in working order, creating environment-specific configurations and applications as necessary\nIdentify opportunities to improve and optimize applications.\nWork with business analysts or product management in understanding new requirements.\nFollow team guidelines for quality and consistency within the design and development phases of the application(s).\nFollow company software development processes and standards.\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in Java design and development\n1+ years of experience with at least one JavaScript framework such as React or Angular\nExposure to open source frameworks like Spring\nExposure to Tomcat/SpringBoot/Vertx or equivalent application servers\nSolid understanding of security concerns for web-based applications\nAble to write basic SQL/PL/SQL queries\nExperience with writing unit tests\nExperience with SDLC Tools like GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, Maven, or equivalent tools\nInterest in building user-centric web applications with focus on usability, workflows, and performance\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nA strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and eagerness to grow into a full-stack role\nWorking knowledge and use of AI tools such as GitHub copilot, Cursor, or Claude is a plus\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment\n Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
