The candidate will get an opportunity to work on multiple ICE Bonds platforms like TMC, ICE Select and ETFHub etc. This role requires frequent interactions with project and product managers, developers, QA and other stakeholders, in order to ensure delivery of a world class trading platform to our users.\nResponsibilities\nFollow team guidelines for quality and consistency within the design and development phases of the application(s)\nIndependently handle project activities related to builds and deployments.\nCreate software tests, verify the functionality and quality of the software.\nProvide support for production applications as issues arise during and after business hours.\nProvide support for deployments during maintenance windows.\nIdentify opportunities to improve and optimize applications.\nWork with product management in understanding new requirements.\nFollow company software development processes and standards.\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor ‘s degree in Computer Science or related field\n3+ years professional software development experience using Core Java\nGood understanding of data structures and algorithms\nGood understanding of object-oriented design and usage of commonly used design patterns\nExpertise in Core Java multi-threading, collections, JVM, Garbage collection\nExperience with Spring framework, Spring Boot, REST, JPA, JMS Messaging and ActiveMQ\nBash, PERL, Python or any other scripting experience\nGood communication skills, including technical writing (comfortable talking to technical and non-technical customers)\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Financial Services or Fintech is preferred.\nExperience with FIX Protocol is preferred.\nIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
