Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and client partners, the consultant helps gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing activities, and helps lead implementation projects.\nThis role is ideal for professionals with experience in mortgage operations, financial services, business systems, software implementations, or consulting who are looking to grow their expertise in enterprise technology solutions.\nResponsibilities\nLead the delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage related technology solutions to include Encompass\nCollaborate with customers to gather business requirements and document workflows and process improvements\nAssist in solution readiness, initiation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities\nParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions\nIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership\nRecommend process improvements and best practices to enhance customer adoption and utilization of solutions\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams within Professional Services\nStay informed on mortgage industry trends, lending operations, and technology solutions\nSupport multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nTravel estimated 10-15% as needed based on project and client requirements\nKnowledge and Experience\n3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:\nMortgage lending or mortgage operations\nSoftware implementation or consulting\nBanking technology\nStrong communication and customer-facing skills\nAbility to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement\nExperience working in a collaborative team environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams\nPreferred Knowledge and Experience\nExperience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), mortgage technology platforms, Encompass preferred\nExposure to software implementation, business analysis, system configuration, or process improvement initiatives\nFamiliarity with customer software onboarding methodologies\nWhat We're Looking For\nA consultative mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes\nAbility to build relationships and work effectively with customers and internal teams\nSelf-motivated professionals who thrive in a dynamic and growing environment\nIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
