professionalism.\nResponsibilities\nDeploy, support and maintain mixed vendor network infrastructure\nDocument and publish standards and designs\nAssist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures\nUnderstand and follow operational policies/procedures and promote adherence to same\nProvide technical knowledge needed to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure\nCollaborate and work closely with all other IT teams\nLead incident investigations, diagnosis, and service restoration and always give priority to the resolution of incidents\nKnowledge and Experience\nIn depth knowledge of general network principles and technology, and how to apply them in a service-oriented mission critical environment\nExtensive network routing protocols and troubleshooting skills in BGP and OSPF\nStrong Knowledge of NAT, route maps/ACLs, and routing policies\nStrong knowledge of modern configuration management tools (Ansible, Jinja, JSON)\nStrong knowledge and experience developing in Python\nProficient with GIT for software collaboration and version control\n3+ years’ experience hands on support and troubleshooting of production networks\n3+ years' experience with design and implementation on complex works\nRunning and analyzing sniffer traces with deep TCP/IP protocol understanding\nBasic Unix/Linux system administration\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\nExcellent customer service attitude\nAbility to operate effectively and professionally under pressure\nPreferred Skills\nBachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering or related field\nExperience working with wireless technology\nExperience working with Firewalls and Load balancers\nExpert level network
