The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nResponsibilities\nReview and deliver test results as per business requirements and apply root cause analysis on defects and incidents after each release.\nCreate comprehensive test cases and identify defects and quality gaps in final deliverables prior to release.\nConduct comprehensive analysis of complex business processes and systems within the specialized domain, and document findings with accuracy.\nProvide strategic expert advice and data-driven recommendations on business solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.\nParticipate in scrum events and collaborate with DevOps, QA, Engineering, and Product teams to understand scope planning, requirements, and delivery commitments.\nPerform Gap Analysis, Release Planning, and implement Process Improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and delivery quality.\nAnalyze and document Jira stories, defects, and epics with detailed findings, ensuring traceability and clarity throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nMaintain and continuously update data documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project and post-release phases.\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.\n6+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or equivalent, with a demonstrated track record in a specialized domain.\nExpert knowledge of US Mortgage industry, mortgage document and data structures for financial and legal documents.\nSound knowledge of MS Excel and experience performing analysis of complex data and excel reports.\nAdvanced data synthesis, problem-solving, and the ability to evaluate complex, ambiguous data to make informed decisions\nSound knowledge of XML, JSON, and API Testing, as well as programming logic applied in data and document analysis workflows.\nMentors, coaches, and provides work direction for Senior Analysts or others assigned to carry out analyst activities. \nPreferred Knowledge and Experience\nAdvanced analytical skills with proven experience in Agile development methodology and specialized domain delivery.\nExcellent communication skills; must read, speak, and write English fluently and present to diverse audiences including senior stakeholders.\nAbility to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence decisions at multiple levels of the organization.\nProven ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.\nStrong interpersonal skills, high accuracy with data, and meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and handle large data sets to define project roadmaps and assess overall risk and scope impact.\nKnowledge of business analytics tools and proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements within complex delivery environments.\nExperience in scope commitment analysis, drafting and refining epics, and elaborating them into actionable user stories.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different geographies and time zones.\nStrong critical thinking and expert problem-solving skills;
