This role is responsible for identifying customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements and partnering closely with Engineering, QA, UX and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong background in mortgage servicing with proven experience across the functional areas listed, combined with strong product execution skills that enable them to manage product backlogs, define requirements, prioritize initiatives and drive successful product outcomes in an Agile environment. This individual will play a key role in building scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, pain points and product opportunities.\n\nTranslate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nDefine product vision, roadmap priorities and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.\n\nOwn and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and strategic alignment.\n\nUse customer feedback, market insights and operational data to inform product decisions.\n\nDrive product delivery through Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.\n\nWork closely with Engineering, QA and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance and user requirements.\n\nPartner with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows and integration patterns.\n\nSupport go-to-market, client-facing and operational teams with product expertise when required.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\n5+ years of hands-on experience with MSP (ICE’s core mortgage servicing platform) required.\n\n3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related product roles.Strong background in mortgage servicing with proven experience in the functional areas listed - Loan Administration, Escrow (Tax, Hazard, PMI, MIP and Escrow Analysis) and Special Loans.\n\nStrong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate product vision, requirements and updates clearly to both technical and business audiences.\n\nProven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments.\n\nStrong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows and product documentation.\n\nExperience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver software products.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nAbility to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable requirements.\n\nPreferred Knowledge and Experience\nCommand of the laws and regulations that govern mortgage servicing (e.g., RESPA and CFPB Servicing Rules).\n\nExperience working with APIs and integrations.\n\nUnderstanding of system integrations, event-driven workflows and business process automation.\n\nExperience using product analytics, customer insights and business metrics to drive decisions and measure product success.\n\nExposure to AI/ML-enabled products or intelligent automation solutions.\n\nExperience in mortgage, lending, banking, financial services, fintech or related regulated industries.\n\nIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
