This hands-on role works directly with technology and business management as well as development teams to manage commercially focused projects, programs and new initiatives. Strong communication, ownership and attention to detail are required along with a focus on project organization, management and effective collaboration with key stakeholders.\nThis role is heavily focused on managing multiple development projects for ICE Data Services. The successful candidate must effectively operate in a fast-paced, hands-on and dynamic development environment where new business opportunities are pursued quickly. This role requires flexibility of processes to effectively manage development efforts to meet the respective business deliverables.\nResponsibilities\nDefine project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.\nCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and track project progress and performance against the baseline.\nIdentify, assess, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to minimize impact on timelines, cost and quality. Implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.\nCoordinate and facilitate the project meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations, and ensure that the project documentation and artifacts are complete, accurate, and up to date.\nReport and present the project status, milestones, achievements, and challenges to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.\nManage facilitation of decision-making for project progress as needed.\nEnsure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and expectations, and comply with the relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.\nOversee change management by evaluating project scope changes, assessing impacts, and obtaining approvals.\nLead and motivate the project team and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.\nManage the project closure process, including the handover, transition, and lessons learned.\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering or related field.\n5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry and software development projects.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project, as well as other project management tools and software.\nHands-on experience using JIRA tool to plan, track, and manage project deliverables by creating and prioritizing backlogs, defining user stories, managing sprints, tracking issues, and generating boards/dashboards and reports to monitor project progress.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients and stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.\nAbility to leverage AI-driven tools (Copilot or Claude) to improve project planning, risk forecasting, project communication & data-informed decision-making across project lifecycle.\nProactive, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.\nHigh attention to detail, quality and accuracy, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.\nProfessional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus but not mandatory.\n#LI-HR1 #LI-ONSITE\nIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
