milestones, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.\nLead cross-functional planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent projects.\nProactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts, driving timely resolution.\nServe as the primary point of accountability for delivery commitments, timelines, and quality.\nProvide clear, concise, and proactive communication to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and delivery frameworks.\nSupport release readiness, post-deployment reviews, and operational handover.\nKnowledge and Experience\nExpert experience managing complex software development projects, including multi-team programs.\nProven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in Agile environment.\nStrong expertise in project governance, dependency management, and executive-level reporting.\nExcellent leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to translate business objectives into executable delivery plans.\nDeep experience working with engineering teams and strong understanding of software development lifecycles.\nHigh degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently.\nStrong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence tools).\nEnglish at a
