As a QC Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's origination operations adhere to the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nAudit mortgage loan files for compliance with state/federal regulations, adherence to agency underwriting requirements, industry underwriting standards, and/or client requirements.\nComplete Loan Audit Report in professional manner, using correct grammar and ensuring wording for all findings are clear and easy to understand.\nBe open and accepting of feedback and make changes within an acceptable time frame to your work/behavior based on the feedback given.\nE-mail daily production numbers to management daily.\nFollow company policies and procedures; ensure work is completed accurately and timely.\nMeet daily file review quota of 6 files in an 8 hour day with quality.\nWork with Credit Audit Manager to ensure all audit goals are met.\nWork with Credit Audit Manager to ensure Key Performance Measures are met.\nPerform other duties as required or assigned.\nKnowledge and Experience\nAssociate's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.\nMust have mortgage origination underwriting experience\n10+ years of mortgage origination underwriting experience underwriting to FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA and/or USDA guidelines as well as non-QM/non-conforming investor guidelines\n10 Years Residential Mortgage Experience\nProven Working Knowledge of Mortgage Loan Fraud Detection and Prevention Policies and Procedures\nProven Working Knowledge of all Current Residential Mortgage Compliance Requirements- RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, AML/BSA, Fair Lending, Dodd/Frank and all other applicable requirements on a State and Federal Level\nAbility to manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files\nDemonstrate consistent attention to detail\nStrong verbal & written communication skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word & Excel & other PC applications\nRemote Base Salary Range\nThe expected base salary for this role is between $65,000 - 85,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
