Designs, documents business processes and publishes business metric results.\nResponsibilities\nPerforms analysis of the business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment for ICE Mortgage Servicing Technology.\nPerforms research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to manager or, depending on level, the project leader.\nPlans and designs business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.\nUtilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.\nIdentifies and implements best practices and suggest how to improve current practices.\nDevelops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.\nAnalyzes and documents business processes and potentially metrics and identifies improvement opportunities.\nMay perform special projects upon request and on occasion.\nMay provide coaching and/or guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nKnowledge and Experience\nA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education, training and work experience\nPrior Mortgage Servicing or Home Equity experience highly preferred\nPrior experience delivering technology integration solutions including APIs and web services is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of ICE MSP products and services preferred\nKnowledge of general business operations, operations, and structure\nKnowledge of mortgage and home equity servicing industries and/or financial services industry preferred\nKnowledge of basic analysis principles including working knowledge of systems development life cycles such as Iterative, Agile, etc.\nFamiliarity of agentic tools such as Claude or similar\nExcellence in standard office software, such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), Visio, etc.\nExperience with REST/JSON and SOAP XML and associated tools.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization and at client organizations (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)\nWillingly shares relevant knowledge and expertise to other resources\nExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills\nAbility to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take\nAbility to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed\nAbility to work independently while delivering high-quality work and meeting planned deadlines while quickly adapting to changing priorities\nIs resourceful and proactive in gathering information, sharing ideas, and suggesting new solutions both internally and to clients (as applicable)\n Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
