Description:\n\nIMT is looking for engineers who can contribute to platform development which is used across different applications in IMT Product Suites.\n\nThis role involves analysis, design, implementation, and testing of software applications for features, modules, software enhancements, and new products.\n\nPerforms routine design and development tasks of technical product and systems.\n\nAssists senior engineers in the preparation of plans, design and computation methods, and reports.\n\nProblem resolution using technologies, by building prototypes and models to demonstrate the capabilities to business problems.\n\nResponsibilities:\nWrite well-designed, testable, efficient, high-quality code base by using industry-standard software development practices using .Net.\nExposure to multiple web development technologies C#.\nIntegrate data from various back-end services and databases.\nGather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.\nCreate and maintain software documentation.\nBe responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites.\nObtain a thorough understanding of the customer, partner, and internal business.\nCollaborate closely with groups in and outside the development team.\nAnalyze, design, develop, and unit test web applications and tools with high quality and on schedule.\nBuild and release updates to the web applications.\nDocument and train other members of the Business Services Operations organization in the implementation and exploitation of the newly developed methodologies and tools.\nRecognize urgency from a business-impact level and act accordingly.\nMaintain and promote consistent behaviors and delivery across the team.\nIndependently able to analyze needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems.\nDevelop technical specifications.\nTurn ideas and concepts into carefully designed and well-authored code.\nArticulate the interdependencies and the impact of the design choices.\nEasily able to adapt/enhance existing and develop new engineering processes and tools.\nLead team code review and code management and develop/improve code management procedures.\nGo beyond team boundaries and be able to influence groups in and out of the development team (e.g. QA, Product Management, SaaS Operations, UE, Tech Pub) to achieve well-groomed, predictable results.\n\nKnowledge and Experience:\n6+ years experience in developing software and enterprise applications.\nExperience in object-oriented design and development with languages Java.\nGood in development with emerging and traditional technologies such as: .Net, REST, JSON, XML, NoSQL databases, relational databases, AWS or other cloud infrastructure.\nGood to have exposure on Node.js or Python.\nExperience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.\nExposure to caching and developing performant application.\nExpertise and hands-on experience with web applications designing and programming languages.\nStrong grasp of security principles and how they apply to web applications.\nUnderstanding of HTTP/S and web-based application architecture.\nMust have a good understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nBE or higher education in Computer Science preferred or
