You'll build meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference.\nBeyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.\nThe Corporate Systems Analyst Intern will support technical administration of Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) and ServiceNow, with exposure to billing and IT service troubleshooting.\nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve time-sensitive billing issues through root cause analysis, permanent fixes, and SQL-based data validation, investigation, and reporting.\nManage Tier 1/2 ServiceNow incidents and service requests in compliance with SLAs, while maintaining SOPs and operational documentation.\nLeverage modern technologies including Python, AI agents, and large language models (LLMs) to solve risk-related problems.\nPartner with internal clients across technology, operations, and compliance teams.\nBuild and maintaininfrastructure to support automated risk analysis and reporting.\nKnowledge and Experience\nMust be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study\nExperience with SQL and/or Python, including SQL querying, joins, and aggregations, as well as Python data structures, functions, classes, virtual environments, and the ability to read and work with existing code for data analysis and problem solving.\nExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript would be beneficial, but not required.\nStrong data skills, including cleaning and validatingcomplex datasets, performing exploratory data analysis, creating clear visualizations, and understanding key data quality, bias, and privacy considerations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently\nInternship Program Schedule\nTo accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:\nOption 1: May 24, 2027 - August 6, 2027\nOption 2: June 7, 2027 - August 20, 2027\nCandidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.\nPlease Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Atlanta office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
