You'llbuild meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference.\nBeyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'llparticipatein weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.\nThe Enterprise UX Intern will support ICE IT's UX team in buildinga short-form video library, converting high-use knowledge articles into engaging instructional content for enterprise employees.\nResponsibilities\nContribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager\nAnalyze knowledge article usage data in partnership with the UX data analyst to prioritize high-impact content for video production\nWrite clear, concise scripts adapted from existing knowledge base articles\nProduce and edit short-form instructional videos for enterprise ICE employees\nContribute to project-based production of live IT education webinars, including presentation development and demo practice sessions. \nKnowledge and Experience\nMust be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study\nStrong written communicationand public presentation skills,with the ability to translate technical content into accessible language\nEffective computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nPortfolio or coursework samples in video, communications, digital media, or instructional design preferred\nDemonstrated video production and editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)\nInternship Program Schedule\nTo accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:\nOption 1: May 24, 2027 - August 6, 2027\nOption 2: June 7, 2027 - August 20, 2027\nCandidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.\nPlease Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Atlanta office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
