You'llbuild meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference.\nBeyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'llparticipatein weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.\nThe Infrastructure Observability Intern will support monitoring operations and help onboard applications into the enterprise monitoring system.\nResponsibilities\nProcess and respond to monitoring requests\nValidate runbooks and instructions for handling alert and alarm correlations\nHelp automate determination of monitoring tool fit for various requests and use cases\nSupport onboarding of applications into the enterprise monitoring system, including permission handling and workflow verification per company policy\nPerform additionalduties and contribute to projects as assigned\nKnowledge and Experience\nMust be currently pursuing a Computer Science degree or equivalent and be at least advancing to their junior year of study\nFamiliarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.)\nFamiliarity with scripting languages and automation tools\nInternship Program Schedule\nTo accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:\nOption 1: May 24, 2027 - August 6, 2027\nOption 2: June 7, 2027 - August 20, 2027\nCandidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.\nPlease Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
