If you want to win, build with us.\nTHE ROLEThe Marketing Coordinator supports the Chairman in executing brand-building and growth initiatives across Interdependence and its portfolio of companies.\nThis role is responsible for translating marketing strategy into execution. The coordinator will manage projects, coordinate with external partners, and deploy AI-enabled systems that accelerate marketing operations.\nWorking directly with the Chairman, this role will help execute a portfolio of 15–20 active marketing initiatives spanning brand partnerships, digital growth strategies, and strategic marketing experiments. Many initiatives will leverage agentic AI workflows and automation systems that the coordinator will help deploy, manage, and optimize.\nThe ideal candidate is highly intelligent, AI-savvy, and entrepreneurial. They are comfortable working with modern AI tools (including Claude Code), enjoy building systems that increase leverage, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed, curiosity, and initiative matter.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nExecute marketing strategies and initiatives developed by the Chairman across Interdependence and its portfolio of brands\n\nSupport the execution of 15–20 concurrent marketing initiatives spanning brand development, partnerships, digital growth strategies, and marketing experiments\n\nManage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure initiatives maintain consistent forward momentum\n\nDeploy and manage AI-enabled marketing workflows using tools such as Claude Code and agentic automation systems\n\nBuild and optimize AI-driven processes for research, content generation, campaign support, and marketing operations\n\nCoordinate with external partners managing paid search, SEO, generative engine optimization, outbound campaigns, and other marketing channels\n\nMonitor partner performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and expectations\n\nResearch emerging marketing strategies, AI tools, and new technologies that can improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency\n\nTrack performance metrics across initiatives and provide concise insights and recommendations\n\nSupport rapid experimentation and execution of new marketing strategies and initiatives\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n2–5 years of experience in marketing, startups, growth roles, or entrepreneurial environments.\n\nStrong familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including experience with Claude Code.\n\nExperience using automation tools or AI agents to streamline workflows.\n\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfortable working independently while collaborating
