rises.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest and assembly through final delivery\nShape compelling narratives through pacing, structure, music, graphics, and sound design to maximize retention and watch time\nCollaborate with producers, creators, and stakeholders to refine concepts and translate creative vision into finished edits\nExecute precise, efficient workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines\nApply platform-specific editing strategies, trends, and formats optimized for YouTube
