(Essential)\nMinimum 3 years management experience within the long-term\ninsurance industry\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience as a group risk/ Individual\nlife assessor\nProven experience in running a successful customer team that\nadds customer value and alignment to the company goals and strategic objectives\n(Essential)\nMS Office and PC literate\nAbility to facilitate executive and senior-level executive\nengagements (Essential)\nSound Business and Operational knowledge of the Insurance\nindustry\nGood knowledge of the business administration platforms\nFamiliar with Compliance Processes and
