The role involves planning, coordinating, budgeting, and managing the construction of projects from inception to completion. They are required to handle all aspects of project coordination and execution and will be responsible for ensuring that the project objectives are met in terms of quality, timelines and budget. Additionally, the Construction Site Agent will be responsible for stakeholder management, which will include regular communication and ensuring that all commercial commitments are met.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nThe Site Agent is required to handle all aspects of project coordination and execution. He / She will be responsible for ensuring the project objectives are met in terms of quality, timelines and budget. Additionally, the Site Agent will be responsible for client management, which will include regular communication and ensuring all commercial commitments are met.\nDeveloping detailed project plans (MS Project), scopes, objectives and managing project progress to meet deadlines and milestones\nDeveloping project charter\nEnsuring resource availability and allocation\nDelivering every project on time within budget and scope.\nClient management and clear written and verbal communication skill are a must\nStrong commercial understanding to ensure financial condition of the project is accurately monitored and reported\nAbility to manage a number of projects simultaneously\nProblem solving skill and risk anticipation a must\nEngineering Contracts Management (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC)\nProject Risk Management\nClient Satisfaction\nCoordinate internal resources and contractors for flawless execution of project\nEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within the budget and scope and of an extremely high quality\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques\nReport and escalate to management as needed\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders\nImplement the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and any recommendations from audits carried out within the project environment\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n5 Years site agent experience in water and sanitation construction projects\n5 years experience in project management with a good understanding of project execution, preferably with some exposure to engineering contracting models\nBasic level MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power Point skills required\nIntermediary MS Excel and MS Project skills required\nA bachelors degree (Bsc.
