Your role will include Medium and Heavy-duty trucks (4x4, 6x6, and 8x8 vehicles with high mobility and extreme levels of landmine, IED, and ballistic protection chassis harness design using 3D CAD - and 2D Schematic software, preparing bills of materials and their representative 3D assemblies (Unigraphics NX) while evaluating scope of work and managing project timelines.\nDUTIES:\nMedium and Heavy-duty trucks, overhead cranes, forklifts, rotational jigs chassis harness design using 3D CAD - and 2D Schematic software.\nVehicle Electrical Systems Design, including 3D Wiring Design in Siemens NX11, creating 2D Harness Drawings and Schematics.\nThe Electrical Component Integration.\nEvaluate scope of work and manage project timelines.\nPrepare bills of materials and their representative 3D assemblies (Unigraphics NX11).\nProduct data management (entering designs and related info into PDM software - Team Center).\nEnsure designs meet supplier and regulatory requirements.\nDesign with cost saving, ease of installation and servicing in mind.\nConduct concept and design reviews.\nLiaise with suppliers on designs.\nAssess results for comparison against customer requirements and design standards.\nLiaise with other Engineering disciplines and teams.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nQualifications -\nB Eng.
