Tax Management\nEnsure accurate tax computation and filings.\nKeep updated with regulatory changes impacting taxation.\nFinance Administration, Analysis and Insights\nDaily Cash management and bank reconciliations bi-monthly.\nLiaise with Banks.\nBank reconciliations bi-monthly.\nMonthly Shareholder statements and interest calculations.\nProvide insights into financial trends and risks.\nSupport decision-making with data-driven recommendations.\nSupport decision-making with data-driven recommendations.\nAssist with finance projects.\nSupervisory\nSupervise Finance Clerk\nCollaboration and Communication\nWork closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.\nPresent financial updates to stakeholders.\nSkills and Experience required\n3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing.\nDaily cash management and bank reconciliations bi-monthly.\nPreparation of accurate and timely management accounts monthly, including\nvariance analysis (Revenue, Balance Sheet and Cashflow sheets).\nReconciliation of relevant General Ledger accounts monthly.\nAccounts receivable invoicing, intercompany invoicing and weekly pharmacy\npayment reconciliations.\nAsset register maintenance and depreciation runs monthly.\nAnnual Budgeting and Forecasting.\nExposure to external audits and internal control improvements.\nExperience in vat and tax.\nExperience in financial systems and tools\nSupervision of staff (advantageous).\nArticle experience (advantageous)\nExposure to financial analysis and internal controls improvement.Benefits\nProvident fund, GL Cover and Funeral cover\nDiscretionary Leave -
