The position reports to the Finance Head and is based at Head Office The successful incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of the companiess required financial results by producing high quality, accurate, timely, and compliant financial information; partnering with and providing financial leadership to Functional Heads at Head Office (Durban) and provide strong, integrated analytical insights that enable the delivery of companiess financial performance as well as influence a strong governance and control framework that meets stakeholder expectations. Key performance areas: Produces the ISSA Finance Calendar based on the Group Reporting Calendar for distribution to Finance teams (all Forecast, Budget, Month End timelines, 5 Year Plan, co-ordinates with group timelines) Guide key budget, forecast, and strategic plan assumptions Provide strategic guidance to each Finance Manager to align KPI to the company's Strategy Meet monthly to discuss progress on KPIs and influence/equip Finance Managers with the necessary tools, advice, and support to
