project lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. \nCommunicate project status updates and potential roadblocks to relevant teams. \nProcess Optimization\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and enhance studio operations processes. \nImplement best practices to improve overall efficiency and project delivery. \nCollaboration\nWork closely with marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and product teams to understand project requirements and priorities. \nFacilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project execution. \nWork closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to build out the marketing and communications functions as an in-house agency for the Group. \nQuality Assurance\nConduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and guidelines. \nImplement feedback loops for continuous improvement. \nReporting\nGenerate and analyse reports related to studio traffic, project timelines, and resource utilization. \nProvide insights and recommendations for optimizing studio performance. \nQualifications and Skills\nProven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \nFamiliarity with creative studio workflows and project management tools. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively. \nExperience in B2B marketing. \nAgency experience is
