Rope Access Technician Level 3 (Supervision & Management) Job description Overview of position: Our Client is looking for people who are enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented, organised, a team player, able to multitask and takes ownership of their portion of the project. The project administrators will provide administrative, secretariat and logistics support to the project manager to facilitate an observer forum that will participate in the Western Cape Rights Allocation process as observers. Expected employment 5-month contract Based in CPT Duties and responsibilities: Convening meetings and consolidating discussion documents emanating from the forum Coordinating of various meetings Completing minutes for various meetings Providing all logistical arrangements of the observer forum, which include o Transportation and accommodation arrangements of members of the forum to and from all meeting venues in the community Consolidating and submitting a final report indicating the findings of the observer forum Flagging concerns timeously Tracking progress and providing regular updates Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met Categorise, file, share, store, and update project documentat
