Provide quotations and feedback to customers and facilitate the acceptance of such quotations.\nProvide competitor activity feedback and price benchmarks.\nCommunicate with customer order placement internally and provide feedback to customers on availability.\nCommunicate product introductions/changes to PC IAM network.\nLiaise internally with colleagues to resolve all technical queries/concerns related to products.\nProvide detailed forecasts of customer requirements, including cases where demand is foreseen to increase or decrease in future.\nSalesforce to be updated with correct CRM customer data and all customer visits and smart reports to be recorded including all revenue opportunities.\nProvide Sales Product Training with all customers to ensure that they understand the full company aftermarket product offer including FAB's and correct catalogue interpretations.\nSupport with all customers Trade Events\nMinimum Requirements\nMatric and/or relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar Tertiary education\nMinimum 5 years' experience of sales to AM customers in the PC IAM.\nPeople & customer management experience with strong moderation skills\nEffective communication, influencing & collaboration skills among various audiences\nKnowledge of automotive products, footprint, structures and processes\nKnowledge of Health and Safety aspects within the work environment.\nStrong Negotiation skills.\nHigh attention to detail, self-starter, and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the
