for defects,\nprior to the processing of Returns for Credit (RFC’s).\n·Measure parts, using a Vernier or other\nprecision measuring instrument to ensure correct sizes supplied.\n·Supply customer with parts from available stock\nwhere possible and timeously request the placement of orders when necessary.\n·Maintain and increase product knowledge by\nstudying and digesting updated catalogues, product information literature.\n·Ensure that all generator, complete engine and\nsmall plant equipment enquiries are discussed with management who will\ndistribute them to staff trained to handle these enquiries.\n·Provide monthly reports to management, as well\nas sales forecasts with long and short-term sales and profit objectives as\nrequired to achieve monthly targets.\n·Comply with all Claims and Returns instructions\nand procedures so as to ensure these are properly dealt with in accordance with\ncompany policy.\n·Comply with all company procedures relating to\nthe obtaining of required customer information and details (COD accounts and 30\nDay Accounts).\n·Monitor competitor pricing and pass this\ninformation on to management so that it can be loaded on the Unibase system.\n·Establish and manage good relationships with\ncustomers that recognize and enforce concepts leading to customer loyalty and\nreferrals.\n·Follow-up and resolve customer requests and\ncomplaints, referring same to senior management where necessary.\n·Assist in the development and implementation of\nproduct lines in demand in order to increase sales revenue.\n·Actively promote the products that the Company\noffer to its customer base.\n·Ensure customers’ requirements are met in an efficient,\nknowledgeable and professional manner.\n·Reply to all telephonic, electronic mail and\ninternet requests made and provide information as
