# Senior Financial Manager

Introduction The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the full finance function within the Halls Financial Services business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will partner closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial control, and effective decision-making. The role requires a commercially minded finance leader who can provide insights, manage financial risk, and support the strategic objectives of the business while maintaining compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Key Stakeholder: CFO, CEO, Heads of Departments, Group CFO Duties & Responsibilities Financial Management Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts,including detailed variance analysis and commentary Delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to support decision-making Development and tracking of key financial and operational performance metrics Oversight of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial integrity of records Identification of financial trends, risks, and opportunities, with proactive recommendations to management Continuous improvement and automation of financial proces
