coordinate and advise on the process of\ndrafting specifications/terms of reference and special conditions of contract.\nAcquisition: \n·Ensure that the bid/quotation processes are\ncompliant and fully executed within the requisite legislative and regulatory\nframeworks and stipulations.\n·Provide and account for SCM administrative and\ntechnical support to all Bid Committees, systems and related structures.\n·Ensure that procurement source documents are\nverified, standard bidding documents are compiled, captured and authorized in\naccordance with departmental policies and procedures and compliant with\napplicable legislative requirements.\n·SCM Performance Reporting: Consolidate monthly\nHead Office and Regional Offices’ inputs to produce SCM performance reports\nagainst the Annual Performance Plan.\n·Collate data;
