Inform auditees of deficiencies regarding their processes and ensuring initiation of the necessary corrective actions which involves conducting discussions and meetings on managerial levels during which the audit findings are explained and recommendations justified.\nMake recommendations where control deficiencies, system inefficiencies, profit improvement or cost reduction opportunities are noted to assist in the profit improvement of the company.\nReviews and issues draft reports and obtains written acceptance from the Auditee Management to confirm that all findings reported are valid and supported by user areas.\nReviews working papers and supporting documents in RIAS to secure audit evidence.\nReviews follow-up audits on the findings as authorised by the Head of Internal Audit to ensure all actions reported in reports and investigations have been implemented.\nProvides consulting service to audited departments in the formulation of adequate control measures by the evaluation of risk areas and relevant changes, e.g. to provide a safe audit process to areas to assist them with looking at their own control systems.\nESSENTIAL:\nNational Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Auditing\nMust have initiated towards a CIA Certificate or equivalent.\n3 years external auditing / controlling experience\n5 years Internal Audit experience\nPreferably with knowledge in SAP\nIn depth knowledge of internal audit processes\nAccounting knowledge\nCommunication oral and written at all levels of management\nThorough knowledge of auditing techniques both in a manual and a computerized environment\nExtensive work experience of analytical/forensic tools\nConflict resolution
