Esta posición es crucial para proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional y resolver eficazmente las consultas de nuestros usuarios, apoyando al crecimiento y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de clientes para resolver consultas y proporcionar información.

  • Gestionar y actualizar la base de datos de los clientes en el sistema.

  • Mantener un alto nivel de empatía y profesionalismo en cada interacción con los clientes.

  • Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos para asegurar la resolución eficaz de problemas.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Bachiller o estudiante universitario. 

  • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente o como operador/a de call center (deseable).

  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas de Microsoft Office y sistemas de gestión de clientes.

  • Inglés nivel intermedio (deseable)
