Part time positions start at a minimum of 30 hours per week.\nWe encourage you to become a part of VyStar Credit Union's family of employees.\nSenior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform DeveloperACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENTThe Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer role leads that technical transition, combining hands-on Dynamics 365 development with modern frontend work (React, PCF), backend integration (C#, .NET Core, Azure), and AI-assisted development practices applied across the CRM development lifecycle.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nModern UI & Extension Development\nDesign and build custom, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), using Fluent UI.\n\nDevelop backend extensions using C# and .NET Core, and design secure integrations with external enterprise systems via Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management).\n\nAI & Copilot Integration\nPrototype, deploy, and maintain agentic workflows and AI plug-ins using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI integrated into Dynamics 365.\n\nApply AI-assisted tooling across the CRM development lifecycle: agentic code review for PCF components and Dataverse plug-ins, catching defects that manual review typically misses (for example, logic errors that only surface in end-to-end runs).\n\nUse AI to flag naming-convention and configuration deviations in Dataverse schemas, workflows, and plug-ins before deployment, rather than relying solely on manual review.\n\nSupport first-draft generation of ADO artifacts (features, stories, acceptance criteria) from design docs and reconcile technical documentation against actual Dynamics/Power Platform implementation on a recurring basis.\n\nArchitecture & Automation\nLead the transition from legacy customizations to modern architecture, replacing legacy background workflows with low-latency Power Automate cloud flows and Dataverse plug-ins.\n\nDesign CRM data synchronization patterns using Azure resources (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, API Management).\n\nALM, DevOps & Technical Leadership\nChampion modern Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), managing automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for CRM environment deployments, incorporating AI-assisted testing and validation where it improves reliability.\n\nArchitect solutions, review code, and mentor team members on modern development practices, AI-assisted engineering workflows, and Microsoft's technology roadmap.\n\nAll employees and business units, as first line of defense, are expected to proactively help identify, assess, manage, and report risks within their domain of work.
