You partner with a senior engineer as a nearpeer, shape the sequencing of your own roadmap within the direction set by domain leadership, and mentor the PMs executing alongside you. This is the seat for someone ready to move past pure execution into real ownership, without yet carrying an entire domain's strategy.\nWhat You'll Own\nOutcomes for a defined subdomain or initiative - not just what ships, but whether it worked\n\nA roadmap for your area, sequenced and defended within the direction domain leadership has set\n\nReal technical engagement - debating tradeoffs with your engineering partner, not just handing over prioritized tickets\n\nMentorship for PMs working within your area\n\nAn AInative way of working - using AI daily to prototype, analyze, and accelerate real work\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years in product management, including owning outcomes (not just execution) for at least one product area\n\nComfortable with moderate ambiguity - the domain's direction is set by leadership, but you fill in the real plan for your piece of it\n\nTechnical enough to engage directly with engineers on tradeoffs, not just requirements\n\nFirstprinciples problemsolving and comfort with the pace of a startup building process where none exists\n\nAInative workflow - daily, handson, not just prompting\n\nSan Franciscobased and committed to working onsite.
