Building on more than 30 years of sustainability progress and industry-first innovation, we remain ‘all in’ on our goal of becoming carbon negative by 2040, without the use of offsets.\nEssential Duties:\nProvide excellence in communication, timely response, and administrative support to all internal and external client inquiries, including knowledge of product offerings, inventory controls, contract review and administration, and other departmental requirements.\nProvide support to all service activities and sales management required to achieve the strategic goals and revenue objectives of the corporation.\nDaily communication with Account Executives, Customers, Warehouse, Scheduling and Planning Departments.\nEnter orders into the system for scheduling of production, Manages orders and client requests\nOrder entry and order / project management of commercial transactions.\nClient liaison and follow up activities with end-users, specifiers, dealers, and related parties.\nSupport our sales administration process, including coordination of production and purchasing of finished goods material, logistics support for client deliveries, and credit communication support.\nUse of computerized order processing system, inventory systems, and related computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)\nMaintain high level of customer service effectiveness\nParticipate and support company initiatives\nPhysical Demands:\nUse of office equipment, communication tools, including computer, telephone system, and related tools.\nOccasional moderate lifting of administrative materials.\nQualifications:\nEducational requirements:\nHigh School Diploma\nCollege Degree preferred\nPreference will be given to those with post secondary education.\nBilingualism (French / English) with proficiency in both verbal and written communication is preferred\nSkills and Experience:\nMinimum of five years of experience in Customer Service or Planning\nHighly developed interpersonal skills, and ability to perform a variety of administrative service functions.\nExcellent communication skills and professional demeanor.\nAbility to multi-task.\nExercise independent judgment and decision making, within established operating parameters, policies, and procedures.\nAnalytical and mathematical skills, with demonstrated ability to utilize computer systems, office equipment, and automated voice systems.\nExperience / knowledge of a manufacturing environment\nISO 9001 / 14001 knowledge would be an asset.\nDemonstrate excellence in working under pressure and handling multiple tasks/priorities\nStrong computer literacy with Microsoft applications and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision\nWork Environment:\nMonday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00, Office environment\nThe typical pay range for this role is: \nMinimum: $36,098 CAD\nMaximum: $63,172 CAD\nPlease keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
