Like SOX, US GAAP\nMinimum of 5 years of solid experience or more in accounting and financial management (Big 4 or Accounting Firm experience preferred)\nStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in a clear, concise and effective manner.\nExperience with highly integrated ERP systems (J.D.
