The International-AE initiates, follows through, and ensures completion of all sales enquiries and channel/customer engineering requests in a timely manner (generally 24 hours). They must work cooperatively and collaboratively with other internal departmental personnel to ensure engineering requests, accounting documents, and production orders are expedited according to customer requirements - ensuring all data is entered and disseminated to others accurately and timely.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide clear and accurate quotations for current and prospective customers in a timely and efficient manner.\nMust respond proactively to all engineering requests and purchase orders ensuring all documents are complete and accurate within 24 hours.\nUtilize your technical expertise to ensure the correct and most suitable technical solution is provided.\nEnsure effective relationships are in place with sales colleagues and the rest of the Interface Inc. team through excellent communication, to ensure all aspects of the customers’, needs are met.\nMust provide excellent support and care for the CRM (Salesforce) data - ensuring that all contact and information is recorded and well-organized.\nMust stay abreast of all Interface product developments and those of the competition.\nMust become an expert in all company products to provide excellent technical support to their assigned channel/customer base.\nEffective contribution to company growth.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Education High school or GED; associated degree preferred\nExperience/Requirements 3 years of experience inside sales of a technical product\nSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED\nExperience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft suite Word, Excel, Power-Bi, plus, additional internal ERP systems\nListening and communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to gain or existing knowledge with products of same or similar technology.\nMust be able to always maintain confidentiality.\nHighly effective in developing customer support relationships\nAbility to understand and adapt with people of different cultures.\nAble to quickly understand differing applications and recommend the correct engineering solution in a positive manner.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis position operates primarily in an office environment with frequent interaction in manufacturing and warehouse areas. The employee may occasionally visit suppliers and customer locations as business needs require.
