In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You'll carry out preventative and corrective maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maximise equipment uptime while minimising operational disruptions.\nThis is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, working 6:00am to 2:06pm (RDO Wednesday 5:03am start).\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPerform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical equipment, machinery, and plant infrastructure.\nDiagnose and resolve electrical, automation, packaging and control system faults to minimise downtime.\nComplete preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and performance.\nSupport continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities to enhance plant efficiency.\nWork closely with production, warehouse, quality and engineering teams to keep operations running smoothly.\nRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide effective technical support.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records using the site's CMMS.\nFollow all safety, quality, and environmental standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nCurrent Australian Electrical Trade Qualification and NSW Electrical Licence.\nExperience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.\nStrong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repair skills across electrical and automation systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.\nExperience with preventative maintenance and breakdown response and using a CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance records.\nKnowledge of electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and safe work practices.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\nA proactive, safety-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.\nExperience with automated packaging equipment (Meypack experience is highly regarded).\nOur Benefits\nYou will be provided with competitive remuneration and an annual Bonus\nRostered Days Off (RDOs)\nAt INTERFACE, we provide parking on-site.\nAccess to Employee Assistance program\nSalary Packaging options\nFitness subsidy, gym membership discount, health insurance discount, yearly flu shots and more\nYou will be part of a diverse and vibrant team with an excellent culture.\nHelp us lead industry to love the world.
