redirect calls to appropriate colleagues\n· Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.\n· Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.\n· Take minutes of meetings and dictations\n· Assist in office management and organization procedures\n· Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, drinks, kitchen supplies etc.) and refill or report when there are shortages\n· Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events\n· Perform other office duties as assigned\nRequirements\n§ Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position\n§ Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles\n§ Working knowledge of office devices and processes\n§ A fast typist with experience in taking dictations\n§ Very good knowledge of MS Office\n§ Excellent communication skills\n§ Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities\n§ High School Diploma\n§ Certification in Office Administration a
