Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa Direction Support, nous recrutons un Chef de Département Achats.

MISSIONS

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie achats de l'institution.
  • Superviser les appels d'offres, consultations et négociations stratégiques.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires clés.
  • Assurer l'optimisation des coûts tout en garantissant la qualité de service.
  • Piloter les achats liés aux prestations intellectuelles, IT, télécoms, sécurité, immobilier et services généraux.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures internes et des exigences réglementaires.
  • Encadrer et développer l'équipe achats.
  • Produire les indicateurs de performance et le reporting à destination de la Direction.

Requirements

  • Bac+5.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction achats.
  • Expérience confirmée au sein d'une banque ou d'un établissement financier réglementé.
  • Solide maîtrise des achats indirects et des processus d'appels d'offres.
  • Expérience managériale avérée.
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation, d'analyse et de gestion des parties prenantes.
