Le poste s’adresse à un profil disposant de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience, capable de piloter des projets de bout en bout avec une forte implication opérationnelle et terrain.\nMissions principales\n Gérer des projets de communication à dominante événementielle, de la conception à la réalisation. \n Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des concepts créatifs et des dispositifs événementiels adaptés. \n Élaborer les recommandations stratégiques, plannings et budgets des projets. \n Assurer la coordination globale des événements avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes (prestataires, fournisseurs, partenaires, équipes internes). \n Superviser la production des supports de communication liés aux événements (branding, signalétique, contenus, etc.). \n Piloter la logistique et le déploiement opérationnel sur site. \n Garantir la qualité d’exécution, le respect des délais, des budgets et du cahier des charges. \n Gérer les imprévus sur le terrain et assurer le bon déroulement des événements. \n Assurer le reporting et la réalisation des bilans post-projets.\nRequirements\nFormation Bac+5 en Communication, Marketing ou Événementiel.\nExpérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum en gestion de projets communication avec une forte dimension événementielle.\nBonne maîtrise de la chaîne de production événementielle et des contraintes terrain.\nExcellentes capacités de gestion de projet et de coordination multi-intervenants.\nForte aisance relationnelle et sens du service client.\nMaîtrise du français, l’anglais est un plus.\nBonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de gestion de
