growth strategy\nEstablish and maintain relationships with international telecom carriers, operators, aggregators, and strategic partners\nIdentify and secure new wholesale business opportunities\nNegotiate interconnection, SMS, data, and other wholesale telecom agreements\nManage commercial discussions and contract renewals with existing partners\nMonitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitive activity\nLead procurement negotiations with telecom suppliers and vendors\nOptimize supplier selection and procurement processes\nEnsure cost-efficient purchasing of telecom services and infrastructure\nContinuously improve gross margins through strategic sourcing and vendor management\nDevelop long-term supplier partnerships to improve commercial terms\nOwn the P&L performance of the wholesale department\nMonitor margin performance and implement corrective actions when required\nDrive continuous improvement in profitability and operational efficiency\nEnsure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual profit targets\nProvide regular performance reports to executive management\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies\nMonitor commercial risks associated with suppliers and customers\nSupport fraud prevention and credit risk management initiatives\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, procurement, or a related field\nProven track record of delivering profitable wholesale telecom business growth\nStrong network of telecom industry contacts\nExperience negotiating international telecom agreements\nStrong commercial, analytical, and financial management skills\nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities\nFluent English (additional languages considered an
