You will also organise our participation in industry conferences and our internal company events.\nThis is an HR role first. Events and office come second. We use AI tools across HR and recruiting and expect you to do the same.\nWhat you will do\nHuman resources\nManage the full recruitment process in Workable, from creating job ads and building the pipeline to AI-assisted and phone screening, interviews, candidate communication, and headhunting top talent.\nDraft employment and contractor agreements, offers and HR letters\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding\nMaintain employee records, leave and attendance\nCoordinate performance check-ins and 1:1s and keep the process on track\nHandle Social Insurance, Labour Office and HRDA (ANAD) paperwork and training grants\nSupport HR policies and be the first point of contact for employee questions\nEvents and operations\nOrganise our conference participation (booth, provider, travel, accommodation)\nPlan internal company events\nKeep the office running smoothly\nRequirements\n2-4 years in HR in Cyprus\nWorking knowledge of Cyprus employment law and HR administration (contracts, leave, Social Insurance)\nBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field\nGreek and English, fluent written and spoken\nComfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in daily work\nStrong organization skills, can run several things at once and get the details right\nDiscreet with confidential information\nWilling to travel occasionally for conferences\nNice to have\nExperience with Workable, Mirro or another ATS / HR system\nExperience organizing trade shows or B2B conferences\nTelecom or tech industry background\nBenefits\nReal ownership of HR in a growing company\nPersonal training and development budget\nPaid AI subscription\nA super friendly, international team\nModern office in sunny Paphos\nFree office coffee and snacks\nTeam events\nFlexible hours and hybrid work\nOur hiring process\nInitial interview with our HR Manager.
