become a product expert\nAbility to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth\nKnowledge of databases and good understanding of software development\nComfortable working in a technical environment & can handle technical conversations with software engineers as well
