crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network, proactively identifying issues, and resolving them efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nContinuously monitor and improve the performance of SMS routes, proactively identifying and addressing potential delivery issues or inefficiencies\nMonitor real-time traffic and route performance, responding swiftly to network alerts and delivery issues\nInvestigate and diagnose technical issues related to SMS routing, including network configurations, logs, and routing failures\nMonitor and maintain the Messaging routing scheme ensuring 24/7 availability\nPromptly respond and escalate TT's from Customers to Suppliers\nManage and troubleshoot alarms, alerts, and incidents using Alaris monitoring systems\nRespond to network issues promptly, escalating to senior teams when necessary\nPerform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences of network disruptions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades and configuration changes\nDocument and update operational processes, procedures, and incident reports\nContinuously optimize system performance and implement best practices for network reliability\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)\n2+ years of experience in a NOC or telecom environment\nExcellent knowledge of English language, any additional languages is a plus\nProficiency with Alaris systems is a must\nStrong understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure\nStrong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders\nHaving
