En tant que Technicien(ne) d'exploitation - support informatique, vous serez responsable de l'assistance informatique de niveau 1, de l'installation et de la maintenance des supports numériques, de la gestion du parc informatique et des stocks matériels, ainsi que de la gestion des incidents. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les acteurs zonaux et nationaux du ministère de l'Intérieur.

Missions

  • Assistance informatique de Niveau 1 auprès des usagers du SGAMI Sud-Ouest.
  • Installation et maintenance des supports numériques des agents, postes informatiques, téléphonie fixe et mobile.
  • Gestion du parc informatique et des stocks matériels, traitement des incidents.
