This role is central to establishing strong technical direction across software workstreams, ensuring that secure development practices are built into the process from the start, and guiding architectural decisions that reduce rework and speed the path to deployment.\nSalary: 110,000 - 154,000\nResponsibilities\nLead the full software development lifecycle for GOTS, MOTS, and COTS applications across classified and unclassified systems.\nServe as the technical point of contact for software configuration, installation, and support.\nProvide technical architecture leadership across software workstreams.\nEnsure secure coding practices and SBOM discipline are embedded into the development lifecycle from inception.\nIndependently assess static code analysis findings.\nValidate DISA APP DEV STIG compliance within the team’s code base.\nCoordinate CCB submissions for software changes with awareness of configuration management baseline requirements.\nProvide oversight when SBOM reviews or OWASP Top 10 findings require architectural remediation to reduce rework and accelerate deployment.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of application development experience, including experience leading application architecture decisions.\nExperience driving software changes through configuration-controlled releases and working with configuration management baselines.\nExperience supporting classified software environments.\nStrong background in secure software development and DevSecOps practices.\nHands-on experience with .NET Framework, Azure, and Kubernetes.\nExperience working directly with security and compliance stakeholders and serving as a technical point of contact.\nActive Secret OR Top Secret clearance.\nEligibility to work in the United States.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nWorking knowledge of DISA APP DEV STIG compliance.\nExperience with Apache Cassandra.\nExperience with Angular and jQuery.\nBenefits\n401K: up to 3% discretionary profit sharing contribution + 100% match on the 1st 7% of pay\nPTO: 20 days per year\nHealthcare, dental, vision, Free for a single participant\n$50,000 Life insurance provided, additional voluntary life insurance available\nInterImage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
