projected bids to avoid overages in cost to the company.\n\nCoordinate with production manager\n\nEnsure all incoming materials are off loaded properly according to Company safety policies and procedures\n\nEnsure subordinates perform on going quality control inspections to detect fabrication errors/problems\n\nAll other job duties as assigned\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)\n\nMinimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nCAD/CAM experience\n\nWorking knowledge of fabrication techniques\n\nWorking knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet, and word process software and order processing systems\n\nMust have a thorough knowledge of all available products used by the Company as it relates to product installation\n\nPreferred\nTechnical Degree preferred\n\nBilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)\n\nCompetencies\nInterpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers\n\nCommunicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner\n\nProactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues\n\nDisplays willingness to make decisions\n\nExhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports, and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process, and makes timely decisions\n\nStrong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process\n\n Work Environment and Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in an environment with elevated noise levels that may require speaking loudly to be heard above ambient noise\n\nExposure to fumes, odors, or gases\n\nExposure to dust and airborne particles, including materials such as textile dust, wood, and silica\n\nWork involves potentially hazardous conditions, including proximity to moving mechanical parts with risk
